ABOUT JINA BARNEY AND HER HANDMADE QUILTS!

Jina has quilted for more than 20 years. Her attention to detail has earned her a reputation among friends for her fine hand crafted items. She is the creator of uniquely designed quilts and patterns. All of her products are one of a kind using different color combinations. Her work includes machine piecing and needle turn applique. Each creation is finished freehand on a long arm quilting machine. All edges are bound by hand. She also likes to personalize the quilt for the customer by doing a label for the back of the quilt. Jina does special orders for memory quilts for occasions such as weddings, funerals, graduation, eagle projects, or whatever the great event. She can do them with fabric photos, cute sayings, favorite words and memories in hand stitching and likes to use items of clothing to make them more meaningful to the person receiving the quilt. Her imagination takes over as she gathers information to make something charming, special, and unique to the buyer. In her spare time, Jina does consulting for a fabric manuafacturer. Jina grew up in Australia and New Zealand and immigrated to the United States with her parents.
